At least 50% of payment is required upfront. Remaining payment must be sent upon commission completion, I will only ship the art after full payment.

No refunds can be requested after I begin working on the commission, I don't offer partial refunds.

Charge-backs through Paypal or any other service without communicating with me first will result in cancellation of the commission with no refunds.

Commissions may take up to 3-5 weeks depending on where you're placed in queue. I will provide updates when I have made progress.

You must provide all refs and special requests for the commission before I begin working, I can only make changes within reason and will not be able to change to an entirely different idea unless requested beforehand.

I will always try to make the product as accurate to your character as possible, please understand that certain features may not be easy to create in physical form. I will let you know if anything needs to be simplified.

If you do not respond or pay for the commission for over a month the project will be scrapped

I am not responsible for damage from shipping companies mishandling the package or any lost package due to inaccurate addresses

For US customers: All custom fees and tariffs associated with your package will be PRE-PAID by me, you should not need to pay anything extra upon receiving the package (if this happens please let me know)

If you live in a country that has duties / custom fees for international shipments (other than the US), I am not responsible for paying said fees, please do your research before placing an order.

The completed artwork may be used as commission examples or posted on social media. Please let me know in advance if you don't want the art posted.

You may use / post photos of the commission non-commercially. Just remember to credit me as the artist!

A typical commission will consist of Sketch > Lines & Colour > Finish. I will be providing visual updates at each stage.

Any edits / changes to the artwork must be requested during the sketch phase, afterwards any large edits will cost additional fees

My ych commissions do not include updates during colouring or rendering. 100% Upfront prepayment is required and the finished YCH will be sent to you in 1-3 weeks depending on your place in queue.

You are allowed to request error corrections upon recieving the finished YCH, additional edits not within reason will cost extra

There is a fee for commercial use. (If you’re selling the art in the form of stickers, prints, t-shirts, etc... Please discuss this with me before I work on your commission.)

The finished commission files will remain in my Google Drive for 1 month, they may be deleted some time after.
