Payment
• I accept payment before or after the first sketch, commission must be fully paid before I start on lineart or colouring. (YCHs must be paid upfront)
• No refunds can be requested after I begin working on the commission, I don't offer partial refunds
• If you attempt to charge back a payment without communicating with me, I may refuse to refund or complete your commission.
Commission Process
• Allow me at least 3-4 weeks to work on your commission.
• You must provide all refs and special requests for the commission before I begin working, I can only edit sketches within reason and will not be able to change to an entirely different idea unless requested beforehand.
• Any edits / changes to the artwork must be requested during the sketch phase, afterwards any large edits will cost additional fees
• If you do not respond or pay for the commission for over a month after the sketch has been shown, the work will be scrapped or repurposed into a YCH.
Use of Finished Artworks
• The completed artwork may be used as commission examples or posted on social media. Please let me know in advance if you don't want the art posted.
• You may use / post the commission non-commerically. Just remember to credit me as the artist!
• There is a fee for commercial use. (If you’re selling the art in the form of merch, prints, t-shirts, etc... Please discuss this with me before I work on your commission.)
• Do not use my artworks or progress sketches for AI purposes, Do not mint my artworks as NFTs or resell them for a higher value.
I have the right to refuse any commission that I feel uncomfortable drawing for any reason, at anytime. ( I will offer refunds if I am the one cancelling the commission. )
